Donna Bella Milan, Inc. is committed to providing high quality products and service to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return please refer to our Return Policy below.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made or Warehouse Credit offered if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers must call customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. There is a 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned to Donna Bella Milan prior to shipping the new exchanged item. Include a copy of the original invoice, the PO number or the original release number. Defective Products:
Donna Bella will replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, Donna Bella will ship a replacement product at our expense.
Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:
Donna Bella Milan, Inc. will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. If this happens please contact customer service and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. This typically takes 7-10 days to resolve. In the mean time, if you wish, another order can be placed and shipped. If the filed claim results in a refund we will reimburse the full amount to you in the form of credit or a refund.
Returns:
We do not accept returns.
It is the responsibility of the salon/client to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relationship to all Donna Bella products. This would include but is not limited to the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or
counsel given regarding the said product.
Donna Bella Milan, Inc. may use a number of qualified carriers including but not limited to Fed-Ex, USPS, UPS and DHL. We cannot guarantee the performance of these said carriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please call 1-888-424-7548 and a customer service representative will assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective carrier.
It is the intention of Donna Bella Milan, Inc. to ship all orders same day if received by 2:00pm MST. If a situation arises where we are not able to meet this standard you will be notified by 5:00pm MST.
We highly recommend that you schedule appointments at least 4-5 days out to allow time for the chosen carrier to complete the pick-up and delivery of your product.
Donna Bella Milan, Inc. does not endorse the resale of its products on internet retail sites and as a result cannot be held responsible for goods purchased from these sites.
Donna Bella Milan, Inc. will not be held resposible for any damages caused
to the client's hair during and and/or after the application process. All
stylists and consumers agree to use Donna Bella Milan products at their
own risk.
We may take legal action if necessary against any individuals or entities using the Donna Bella name, logos or script taken from its websites or promotional material.
