I received my iron last week and it would not work. I called customer service and explained what happened. They had me send it back and I had a new one that worked within 3 days. Thanks!

I just received this iron on Thursday. I used it today on two different clients. It heated right up and melted the keratin perfectly. I did both clients in 1/2 a day!
